书法家徐海涛，男，字：墨云，号：达峰。1953年生，中共党员，大专文化，河南省禹州市人。

     1967年10月参加工作，先后在禹州新峰一矿、禹州市公安局工作，1985~1987年省公安干校毕业，1986~1989年在中国书法涵授大学毕业。

    由于从小受祖父的影响，爱上了书法，曾在1985年、2002年，省公安厅举行书法大赛，荣获二等奖。退休后，到全国各地，进行书法拜师学习创作。系禹州书协、许昌书协、中国书协会员及理事（文化部下属单位）。2019年至今，任哈尔滨国际艺术学院书法艺术研究院副院长。

Introduction to Calligrapher Xu Haitao

Xu Haitao, male, courtesy name: Moyun, pseudonym: Dafeng. Born in 1953, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a college education, from Yuzhou City, Henan Province.

I started working in October 1967 and worked successively at the Xinfeng First Mine in Yuzhou and the Yuzhou Public Security Bureau. I graduated from the Provincial Public Security Cadre School from 1985 to 1987 and from the Chinese Calligraphy Teaching University from 1986 to 1989.

Due to the influence of my grandfather since childhood, I fell in love with calligraphy. In 1985 and 2002, the Provincial Public Security Department held calligraphy competitions and won the second prize. After retirement, go to various parts of the country to learn calligraphy and create works. He is a member and director of the Yuzhou Book Association, Xuchang Book Association, and China Book Association (a subordinate unit of the Ministry of Culture). Since 2019, he has served as the Vice President of the Calligraphy Art Research Institute at Harbin International Academy of Arts.
